Stingray 3D Support
Creating 3D Visuals for Shipping company Stingray.
Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to collaborate with the talented team at GAP Creative Ltd on a set of 3D concept visuals for their client, Stingray. The goal was to develop a dynamic and visually engaging ocean surface that captured both motion and mood something that felt alive, yet clean and controlled for brand use.
Using Cinema 4D alongside the powerful HOT-4D plugin, I built a reactive ocean surface system capable of generating natural wave movement and fine surface detail. This approach allowed for rapid iteration, enabling us to explore a variety of lighting and composition options while keeping render times efficient.
The result was a striking 3D visual that blended realistic wave behavior with a stylized aesthetic aligned to Stingray’s brand identity.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to push this further particularly with Cinema 4D’s new liquid simulation tools, which open up new possibilities for real-time fluid dynamics, splash effects, and environmental storytelling.
